Refund Policy

We want you to benefit from the exercises you purchase from this site. Once you have paid for an exercise it is not possible to refund the money spent. If however having purchased an exercise you feel that the content does not fit the description given in the Preview please let us know and will refund the credit value of that exercise. To do this contact chef@thecrimsonkitchen.com giving your details and details of the exercise and we will be happy to add the credits your account.
